Electronic Technician - Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Electronic Technician to prepare and modify standard embedded boards to the needs of our customers, build prototypes and test systems before they ship as well as perform engineering work. Start date, as soon as possible.Skills/ Requirements
Qualifications:
- High School graduation and following education in computer science / engineering / manufacturing
- 5+ years experience in computer hard-/software, electronic engineering and application/testing, preferred for industrial applications
- IPC610 solder skills for through-hole and surface mounted electronic circuitry a must. IPC610 certified preferred.
- Experience in analyzing hard-/software failures of computer boards, testing methods and testing equipment commonly used, and comprehension of schemata diagrams
- Proficient usage of word-processing and spreadsheet a must
- Experience in board repair & circuit board assembly / production a plus
- Good communicational and organizational skills a plus
- Willing to learn and use production relevant software
