Sales Engineer - Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to qualify leads, develop market share and increase sales for an assigned territory. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently to meet individual and team goals, deadlines, and should possess good communication skills for both inter-office coordination and customer relationships. To be successful in this position the following skills and requirements are needed:

Qualifications:

• BS degree in Science or Business, or similar education and experience
• 3-5+ years experience in technical consultative sales of computer hardware/software with preference in embedded industrial applications
• Proven achievements in fulfilling revenue goals
• Good verbal and written communication and organizational skills a must
• Proficient usage of MS Office Professional a must
• Available for occasional travel a plus

Sales Associate - Job Description

We are seeking an outgoing and determined individual who can qualify leads via telephone and email to determine prospective customer needs. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and meet individual goals, deadlines, and should possess good verbal and written communication skills. The Sales Associate is the initial contact for prospective clients, however is not responsible for closing sales.

Primary Responsibilities

• Process outgoing or inbound calls and emails to determine prospective customer needs with ADL Embedded Solutions products and/or services.
• Follow up and contact all new leads within 24 hours and qualify or disqualify all in-progress leads within 10 days.
• Convey basic product information and company features to prospective customers.
• Maintain current knowledge of the embedded computer industry, and ADL Embedded Solutions products and services to provide accurate and high quality information to prospective customers.
• Gather information to properly route leads to appropriate Sales Engineer or department.
• Maintain accurate and timely data entry into company database, process order entry, and maintain reports defined by Sales Management.

Skills/ Requirements

• AS degree or similar education.
• 1-3 years B2B sales experience preferred.
• 1-3 years experience and/or working knowledge of computer hardware.
• Good verbal and written communication and organization skills a must.
• Proficient working knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Electronic Technician - Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electronic Technician to prepare and modify standard embedded boards to the needs of our customers, build prototypes and test systems before they ship as well as perform engineering work. Start date, as soon as possible.

Skills/ Requirements

Qualifications:

• High School graduation and following education in computer science / engineering / manufacturing
• 5+ years experience in computer hard-/software, electronic engineering and application/testing, preferred for industrial applications
• IPC610 solder skills for through-hole and surface mounted electronic circuitry a must. IPC610 certified preferred.
• Experience in analyzing hard-/software failures of computer boards, testing methods and testing equipment commonly used, and comprehension of schemata diagrams
• Proficient usage of word-processing and spreadsheet a must
• Experience in board repair & circuit board assembly / production a plus
• Good communicational and organizational skills a plus
• Willing to learn and use production relevant software
