SAN DIEGO, CA, September 18, 2009 – Advanced Digital Logic (ADL), a leading provider of embedded industrial single board computers, systems, peripherals and accessories for embedded and stand alone applications, confirms that Kontron AG is purchasing Digital Logic AG. Due to the recent event of Kontron AG purchasing Digital Logic AG, ADL takes this opportunity to inform customers of their position. Advanced Digital Logic, Inc. is a privately owned and operated company that is separate from Digital Logic AG. ADL will continue to offer and support all product lines.
There will be no immediate changes to the Digital Logic AG product line, sales channels, and it remains business as usual. ADL will keep you updated on new developments with Kontron. Please contact your Sales Representative or National Sales Manager for any concerns regarding this change.
