ADL offers free technical support on all of our products. Our support engineers can be reached by phone and email, Monday - Friday, Pacific Time, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Our goal is to respond, either by email or phone, the same day you contact us. They can examine your situation and determine the most effective solution.

Customer Service
Should our product require repair, our Customer Service department provides prompt service. Warranty repairs are performed without charge. Products out of warranty are repaired at very moderate prices. Contact your area Sales Engineer or our Customer Service department to arrange for warranty and non-warranty repair services.
