PC104 Plus
Overview
The PC/104 Plus variant of the PC/104 form factor features stacking connectors for both ISA and PCI expansion bus protocols. While the PCI specification dates back to 1992, the Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) specification dates back to the first IBM PC/AT in the early 1980’s. A vast number of military and rugged industrial applications still make use of both the PCI and ISA busses with many vendors, including ADL Embedded Solutions, continuing to support it.
